Confirmation Preparation
Confirmation at Saint Isabel Parish is celebrated starting in the eighth grade. This sacrament seals our Baptismal commitment to Christ in the Holy Spirit and offers our young people the opportunity to confirm our faith.
Program Components
There are several program components for the preparation of the sacrament of Confirmation, but here are three of the most important:
First, it is expected that the family attend Mass together regularly. The Mass experience is a significant part of the sacramental experience, and what you and your child learn during sacramental preparation will be greatly enhanced by regular participation at Mass.
Second, the child and at least one parent must attend all preparation sessions for each sacrament.
Third, your child must be involved in an ongoing faith formation program. This can be either through formal religion classes at a Diocesan Catholic school or through our CCF program. Children must have been actively participating in a Faith Formation program the year prior to the celebration of Confirmation.

Reconciliation, Eucharist, & Confirmation
Preparation for the sacraments for our young people will begin in September. If you are interested in your child participating in sacramental preparations, please contact Khristy Scheer at stisabelccf@aol.com or 472-2763, ext. 13 to register.
Please note: In order for your child to be eligible to begin the preparation for any of these sacraments, they must have been actively involved in the Faith Formation program last year and again this year.
